Cleveland by Clevelanders

This Weekend in CLE: Aug 4-6

Happy August! It's time to savor the summer.

Ale Fest

Cleveland Scene is hosting the 9th annual Cleveland Ale Fest this Saturday in Tremont at Lincoln Park. Bring your dog and a couple of lawn chairs and come prepared to have a good time while sipping on all kinds of CLE brews.

Tribe Time

The Indians are in town and playing the NY Yankees all weekend long. Eat some peanuts and drink some beers while watching some baseball, a hot dog race and fireworks.

Vintage Ohio Wine Festival

Head to Lake Metroparks Farmpark in Kirtland to taste all sorts of local wines, eat some great food and listen to live jazz, blues, oldies, reggae and rock music.

World Golf Championships - Bridgestone Invitational

Watch the world's best golfers compete in Akron and have fun drinking and eating your way through the course at Firestone Country Club while doing so. Tournament kicks off Wednesday, August 3rd and goes on until Sunday.

Twins Day Festival

See double at this year's Twins Day Festival, aka the largest gathering of twins in the state of Ohio. It just makes sense that the fun takes place in Twinsburgh, Ohio (which is a quick half-hour car ride from Cleveland.)
